Who we are

With over 40 years of combined architectural experience, we specialize in designing functional and aesthetically stunning projects tailored to our clients' dreams and needs.

Co-Principal

Adrienne Swiatocha, AIA

Adrienne transitioned to FASAAD from her sole proprietorship that she ran for 10 years (Swiatocha Architecture + Design), completing projects all over the Philadelphia region, from custom single family homes through multiunit housing. Adrienne received her Bachelor of Arts in Architecture at the University of Pennsylvania before joining KieranTimberlake where she contributed to the design of various institutional projects. She went on to receive her Master of Architecture at Yale University before moving to San Francisco where for eight years she served as designer and project architect with Aidlin Darling Design on many award winning restaurants and custom single family homes from conception through construction. Adrienne is a registered architect in the state of Pennsylvania (RA406776) and a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA).

Co-Principal

Carrie Foster, AIA

Carrie brings over two decades of experience to FASAAD. Prior to forming Foster Design Farm, a successful sole proprietorship in Philadelphia, Carrie worked on a diverse range of projects across the country. Projects included high-end residential in New York and San Francisco, net-zero kit homes based in SiliconValley, and a variety of residential, boutique commercial, and adaptive reuse projects throughout the Philadelphia region. Carrie holds a Master of Architecture degree from Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-Arc) and a Bachelors in Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley. Registered architect PA (RA408918) and NJ (21AI02242100) and a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA).
